The Website and the brand Kashish are operated by  Jain Jewellers (“Kashish”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Buyback Policy, and any other policies displayed on the Website.

Product images are intended to provide the closest possible representation of the actual product. Colours, proportions, size appearance, and finish may vary slightly from how they appear on your device.

3. Jewellery, Metal and Diamond Information

Our products may include 925 sterling silver, gold, lab-grown diamonds, and other materials, as specified on the relevant product page.

Lab-grown diamonds are diamonds created in controlled laboratory environments and have substantially the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as naturally occurring diamonds. Product-specific diamond quality, certification, carat weight, colour, clarity, and other specifications will be mentioned wherever applicable.

Any product certificate, hallmark, or authenticity documentation provided with a product applies only to that specific product and should be retained for future reference, including where required for returns, exchanges, service, or buyback.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on how they are displayed at checkout and as required by law. The final amount payable will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotional offers, discounts, and other commercial terms at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders already accepted by us, except where required by law or in the case of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Buyback value may depend on factors including the product category, metal value, diamond value, condition of the jewellery, applicable deductions, documentation, verification, and the terms stated in the Buyback Policy.

A previous purchase price does not guarantee the same value under a future buyback.

10. Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Codes

Promotional offers, coupon codes, gifts, discounts, and special campaigns may be subject to separate terms and eligibility requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Offers cannot be combined;
