Refund Policy

At Kashish, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.

• You receive an incorrect product.

• Your order is cancelled before it is shipped.

• Your prepaid order could not be fulfilled due to product unavailability.

Refund requests for reasons other than those listed above will be evaluated at the sole discretion of Kashish.

2. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for refunds unless received damaged or incorrect:

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

3. Return Approval

Returns will be acceptable only within 7 days. To initiate a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at inforkjfashion@gmail.com or jjkotajn@gmail.com with:

• Order Number

• Photos or videos of the product

• Description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

Your order will be exchange and replacement will delivered within 7 days.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product has been received and inspected:

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days used during purchase.

• Refunds for payments made via PhonePe, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or Wallets will be processed back to the original payment source.

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account after the refund has been initiated.

5. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Please refer to our Return Policy for eligible returns.

6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment was deducted but the order was not successfully placed:

• The amount is generally reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider within 5–7 business days.

• If you do not receive the reversal within this period, please contact us with your payment reference number.

Duplicate payments for the same order will be refunded after verification.

7. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

8. Refund Rejections

Refund requests may be declined if:

• The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

• The returned product is missing its original packaging, certificates, invoices, or accessories.

• The request is made after the specified reporting period.

• The product does not qualify under our refund eligibility criteria.
